1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping exclusively to customers located within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
2. Express Tracking
Your security and peace of mind are important to us. Every order placed through our shop includes an Express Tracking Number.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.
- You can use this number to monitor your package's progress in real-time until it reaches your door.
3. P.O. Box Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be addressed to a valid physical street address.
- Orders placed with a P.O. Box address will be held, and our team will reach out to you to provide a physical shipping address. This may result in a delay in your shipment.
4. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: While express tracking is provided, actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier’s schedule.
- Customs & Duties: For orders shipping to the United States, please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by U.S. Customs.
5. Shipping Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us on our Contact Us page within 5 days of the recorded delivery date.
