Thank you for shopping at Coast Collection Shop HR. Please be advised that all purchases made through our website are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases.
2. Exceptions for Damages or Defects
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect.
- If a defect is verified, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement of the same item or a store credit.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital downloads, graphics, and custom design services are non-refundable once the files have been delivered or the work has commenced.
